President Mahama recalls all diplomatic passports issued by Akufo-Addo administration

President John Mahama

President John Mahama has recalled all diplomatic and service passports issued by the previous administration.

In a statement issued and signed by the secretary to the president, Dr. Callistus Mahama said, the decision is to verify and ensure their proper use, prevent misuse, and protect Ghana’s integrity.

Meanwhile, the Chief Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has therefore been tasked to notify the diplomatic passport holders, set a deadline for their return, and conduct a thorough review of the documents
