

Blow Chem Industries Limited, producers of Bel Beverages, have presented an assorted drinks to Muslim communities in the Ashanti Region through the Office of the Ashanti Regional Chief Imam.
The itens, valued at GH¢15,000, comprised more than 100 cartons of Bel Cola, Bel Malt, Bel Squeeze, and other beverages. The items were officially presented on Thursday at the forecourt of the Kumasi Central Mosque.
The Ashanti Regional Sales Manager for Bel Beverages, Alex Muah Blankson, handed over the donation to Mohammed Bun-Bida, the Administrative Secretary at the Chief Imam’s office.
In an interview with the media, Mr. Alex Muah explained that the gesture forms part of the company’s efforts to support Muslims as they conclude their fast during the holy month of Ramadan.
He stated that Blow Chem Industries, through its Bel brand, has consistently supported Muslim communities in the region for over five years.
According to him, the company’s commitment extends beyond donations to include support for sports and other community development initiatives.
He emphasized that Bel products are widely consumed within Muslim communities, adding that the brand maintains a strong bond with them.
Mr. Blankson also expressed appreciation to the Muslim communities in Ashanti for their loyalty and patronage over the years, describing the donation as a way of giving back and strengthening their long-standing relationship.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Chief Imam’s office, Mr. Bun-Bida commended Blow Chem Industries for its continued support to both the office and the broader Muslim community in Kumasi.
He further urged other organizations to emulate the company’s example by supporting community-focused initiatives, especially during significant periods such as Ramadan.
