Asantehene Pays a Courtesy Call on Former President Nana Addo

As part of his duty tour in the Greater Accra Region, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, paid a courtesy visit to former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his wife, Rebecca Akufo-Addo, at their private residence in Nima on June 3, 2025. 

Joining the former first family to welcome His Majesty were: Akosua Fremah Opare, (Former Chief of Staff), Dominic Nitiwul (Former Minister of Defence), Albert Kan-Dapaah (Former National Security Minister), Samuel Abu Jinapor (M.P for Damongo Constituency), Fawaz Aliu (Private Secretary to the former President), Hon. Alexander Afenyo-Markin (Minority Leader in Parliament) and Hon. Francis Asenso-Boakye (M.P for Bantama Constituency).

Nana Akufo-Addo used the occasion to express his heartfelt gratitude to the Asantehene and Asanteman for their unwavering support during his tenure at the helm of affairs.
