The Manhyia Palace, under the direction of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, has extended an invitation to Nananom for the first Akwasidae celebration of 2025.
The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Dwabirem, Manhyia Palace, beginning at 10:00 a.m. prompt.
Nananom are encouraged to attend in full traditional regalia, showcasing their pomp and pageantry, as part of the customary observance of this important occasion.
The palace counts on the usual cooperation of Nananom to grace the celebration.
The invitation was signed by Kwame Adusei Agyemang, acting on behalf of the Secretary of Manhyia Palace.
