The celebration is aimed at promoting unity among the people while mobilizing support for community development initiatives that will improve the lives of residents and strengthen the area’s long-term growth.

The event will be held under the theme, “Let Us Celebrate Together to Support Akokofe Krontihene Community Legacy Projects,” highlighting the commitment of the traditional leadership to fostering sustainable development through collective community action.

Scheduled for Sunday, August 16, 2026, the celebration is expected to attract traditional leaders, community members, development partners, friends of Akokofe, and well-wishers from across the country.

It will provide an opportunity for participants to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Akokofe while contributing towards projects designed to leave a lasting legacy for future generations.
